About Echuca West – Opening April 2026

A stunning new service designed to celebrate children, families and educators:

Licensed for 120 children across 8 beautiful rooms

6:30am–6:30pm operating hours

Thoughtfully created learning spaces & high‑quality resources

A strong community feeling with meaningful local connections & excursions

The Opportunity

As our Centre Manager, you’ll be the heart of the service — leading with purpose, inspiring your team and building a thriving, values‑led culture.

You’ll take the lead on daily operations, mentor your educators, champion quality practice and create a centre you’re proud to call your own.

What You’ll Lead

Ensuring children are always at the centre

Championing exceptional health, safety & quality practices

Overseeing operations, budgets, rosters and occupancy

Coaching & developing an engaged, empowered team

Building trusted relationships with families & community partners

Ensuring full regulatory compliance

Driving continuous improvement and high‑quality programs

About You

You’re an inspiring, steady and people‑focused leader who brings out the best in your team.
You love building connection, supporting growth and creating spaces where everyone feels they belong.

You’ll bring:
Leadership experience within ECEC

A strong commitment to safe, inclusive environments

Knowledge of the ECA Code of Ethics & UNCRC

ACECQA‑approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Education

WWCC + First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
