You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and patterns
- Write and run queries to extract and organize data from internal systems
- Build simple, clear reports and dashboards for teams
- Support teams in answering business questions using data
- Identify issues, opportunities, and improvements through data analysis
- Help improve how data is collected, structured, and used across the company
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support decision-making
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on business goals
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Good communication skills, able to explain findings clearly
- Curious and proactive in figuring out problems
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (required)
- Bonus: experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Training
Full training will be provided on internal systems, data tools, and reporting processes.
