Data/Query Analyst

Want to join a team where your work directly shapes how the business operates and grows? We’re looking for a Data / Query Analyst who can explore data, uncover insights, and help teams understand what’s really happening across customer behavior, sales performance, and operations.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and patterns
• Write and run queries to extract and organize data from internal systems
• Build simple, clear reports and dashboards for teams
• Support teams in answering business questions using data
• Identify issues, opportunities, and improvements through data analysis
• Help improve how data is collected, structured, and used across the company
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support decision-making
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on business goals

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with data and numbers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Good communication skills, able to explain findings clearly
• Curious and proactive in figuring out problems
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (required)
• Bonus: experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Training

Full training will be provided on internal systems, data tools, and reporting processes.
