Role: Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 physical therapy services in clients' homes, focusing on functional outcomes and autonomous interventions. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, create and adapt treatment plans, and drive positive patient results.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
