Business Information Analyst

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension)Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands.Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!Experience: 6-8 years.
Your Profile & DNA:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Information Analyst with expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) to join our dynamic team.
Role & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Model business processes and information flows.
• Support Product Owners and Agile teams within ARTs (Agile Release Trains).
• Actively participate in refinement sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Assist in testing and validating delivered functionality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business or Information Analyst in a complex organization.
• Experience with Agile Scrum familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and modeling techniques (BPMN, UML).
• Experience working in international environments and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Affinity with high-tech or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
• Pre experience in creating UX design
• Pre Data analysis experience in SAP HANA Cloud Azure environments

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
