  • 负责仓库日常运营管理，包括收货（Receiving）、上架（Putaway）、拣货（Picking）、打包（Packing）及发货（Shipping）
  • 管理仓库员工（包括正式员工及临时工），进行排班、培训及绩效管理
  • 确保仓库操作流程高效、安全、合规
  • 监控库存准确性，定期进行库存盘点（Cycle Count）
  • 与HR及调度（Dispatch）团队合作，确保人员配置满足业务需求
  • 处理现场突发问题及员工关系问题
  • 优化仓库流程，提高效率并降低运营成本
  • 确保符合 OSHA 安全规范及公司安全政策

任职要求
  • 2年以上仓库或物流行业管理经验（Supervisor/Lead经验优先）
  • 熟悉仓库运营流程（Receiving / Picking / Packing / Shipping）
  • 有团队管理经验（10人以上优先）
  • 熟悉 WMS 系统操作
  • 具备较强的执行力、沟通能力及问题解决能力
  • 能适应快节奏、高强度的工作环境
  • 能接受加班及周末排班

  • 有电商仓（Amazon FBA、3PL）经验
  • 中英文双语
  • 有叉车操作经验或证书（Forklift Certified）

About UsWe are a fast-growing company specializing in warehouse & logistics management, e-commerce operations, and overseas expansion services for Chinese enterprises. With multiple warehouse locations across the U.S., we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our daily operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping
  • Supervise warehouse staff (full-time and temporary workers), including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
  • Collaborate with HR and dispatch teams to ensure proper staffing levels
  • Handle on-site issues and employee relations matters
  • Improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (Supervisor or Lead experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows (Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping)
  • Experience managing teams (10+ employees preferred)
  • Familiar with WMS systems
  • Strong execution, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-commerce warehouses (Amazon FBA, 3PL)
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Forklift certification or experience
  • Experience working with staffing agencies
