The Role: This is a founding Product Manager position, owning end-to-end product requirements for a new category of high-performance compute hardware used in modern AI training and inference workloads. You will drive product strategy in a rapidly evolving technical domain, shaping how the technology is positioned, adopted, and scaled with real customer use cases.
Your success will directly influence product roadmap decisions and the speed at which the organisation is able to bring its hardware to market.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities based on emerging research, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams across hardware, systems, and software to translate product requirements into clear technical deliverables.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor research, developing insights that shape product positioning and commercial strategy.
- Identify, track, and report performance metrics (e.g., model throughput, utilisation, customer adoption, revenue targets) to guide prioritisation and validate product direction.
Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of Product Management experience in deep tech, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, HPC, or adjacent domains.
- 2+ years of engineering or technical hands-on experience.
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, compute acceleration, or hardware/software co-design.
- Proven track record of owning roadmaps from concept to launch in fast-moving or early-stage environments.
- Market analysis and competitive research capabilities, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with engineers, stakeholders, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Compensation & Benefits - £117,000 – £143,000 salary, depending on experience and location.
