Working hours is Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pmModern, well-equipped clinic located in Truganina , VictoriaKey Responsibility Area:

• Deliver high-quality clinical services and Healthy Living Programs for individuals and groups in clinic, Mobile services and Telehealth.
• Working within the NDIS to maximize client’s level of function, capacity & social engagement.
• Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
• Timely documentation & report writing.
• Managing a varied caseload.
• Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required).
• Working across leading software platforms & online tool.
• Supervise a range of Healthy Living Programs - physical, online, and aquatic activity programs for all age group.
• Ability to conduct motor vehicle assessment, home modification assessment, Assistive technology assessment under guidance of senior Occupational therapist.
• Support and collaborate with a range of health professionals within FHS.

KPI’s

• Emphasis on participant satisfaction to increase the client retention rate.
• Frequent communication with the client whilst keeping the client informed and updated daily.
• Minimum daily sessions target will be expected to achieve to increase the efficiency.
• You will be expected to reduce the session cancellation rate to a minimal.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field
• Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA / SPA)
• 1 year experience or new graduates (Mentorship will be provided)
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
• Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
• First Aid
