Accountant

Lucky White Goods Pty Ltd, a leading player in the home appliance industry, is seeking an experienced and proactive Accountant to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the Manager, Financial Services, and will play a crucial role in supporting our expansion plans as we establish our operations in Western Australia in the new year. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on business plans, structures, and accounting systems as we expand our operations in Western Australia and other Australian states.
• Examine and analyse the income and expenditure of Lucky White Goods Pty Ltd and suggest ways to increase income and profits.
• Conduct detailed financial investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Assist in the development of accounting policies.
• Collaborate in the formulation and execution of budgetary policies.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to help set up and shape our Western Australia operations, ensuring our financial processes are streamlined and effective as we expand. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll be involved in critical decision-making and the strategic planning of our financial structure. Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial investigations, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of business structures and accounting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in insolvency management and policy formulation is a plus.
