Job Type: W2 We are seeking a highly skilled
Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to lead and support our
Open Enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will be a
super functional consultant with proven hands-on experience in at least
3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations. Strong functional knowledge is essential, and the more technical expertise you bring, the better.
Responsibilities - Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT, production cutover).
- Configure and validate benefits plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
- Evaluate, design, and optimize Benefits Fast Formulas for Open Enrollment.
- Develop and validate HCM Extracts for benefits enrollment data sharing with carriers and downstream systems.
- Load and maintain plan information using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, benefits administrators, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful enrollment execution.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Open Enrollment issues across functional and technical areas.
- Provide post-go-live support during Open Enrollment to ensure smooth user experience and compliance.
Qualifications - Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits module, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, enrollment rules, and dependent coverage.
- Strong experience with Benefits Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
- Ability to analyze, configure, and customize Open Enrollment processes to meet business needs.
- Experience working with UAT, SIT, and CRP cycles for benefits plans.
- Functional-first profile; technical skills (Fast Formulas, Extracts, HDL) are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
