Food and drink orders will be taken, sold, and served to customers at a concession stand window. ***Original F.a.2*** Perform a variety of duties at amusement or recreation facility (Concessions). Sell and collect tickets/fees, make change; prepare and sell fair food and beverages. Follow simple specified instructions. Perform basic stand setup including: setting up booths by opening awnings; putting up signage and flags using a ladder, hammers, and screwdrivers; stocking booths with food items and equipment according to a check list. Stand teardown will use the same tools in the reverse order of setup. All required tools and equipment are provided. Using basic cleaning supplies and following proper safety and sanitary measures wash and put away cooking utensils; ensure interiors of trailer is cleaned and items are stored in a specified safe manner for transportation; operate attend to and maintain equipment including a BBQ, Hot holder and Fryer by following simple specified instructions for utilized equipment.
