Marketing Assistant - New York

Marketing AssistantAlipearl Hair is a global premium human hair brand with over 20 years of industry experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly responsible, and analytical Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team supporting both online and offline growth in the U.S. market. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Social Media & Content:

• Create, schedule, and publish daily content on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

2. Influencer & Community Engagement:

• Identify, evaluate, and reach out to influencers across platforms.
• Coordinate product seeding, follow-up, and content collection.
• Evaluate influencer ROI with a focus on engagement quality and brand relevance.

3. Marketing Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze campaign data, influencer performance, and store traffic trends.
• Support the creation of weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Assist in building growth dashboards and benchmarking metrics.

4. Offline Event & Store Campaign Support:

• Help coordinate in-store promotions, community events, and holiday campaigns.
• Organize visual merchandising content (photos, videos) from stores.
• Liaise with stylists, nonprofit partners, and local vendors.

5. Project Coordination & Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain marketing databases (influencer list, content archives, promo codes, etc.).
• Draft partnership proposals and assist in contract coordination.
• Help improve internal workflows and campaign standardization.
• Assist in writing compelling captions, selecting cover images, and organizing content calendars.
• Track engagement performance and adjust strategy based on analytics.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing-related roles in the U.S.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to present data-driven insights.
• Meticulous attention to detail; well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability; proactive in communication and follow-up.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Drive, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, etc.
• Familiarity with beauty/haircare/retail industries preferred.
