Experienced Section Waiters

Gambaro Group is a long-established Brisbane-based hospitality company operating premium seafood restaurants, steakhouses, bars, hotels, and event venues across Queensland.An Experienced Section Waiter is responsible for managing an assigned section of a restaurant while delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring smooth dining operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage an assigned section and ensure excellent service throughout the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary requirements professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area.
• Train and support junior waiters and new team members when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Pay: $4,500.00 – $6,000.00 per monthBenefits:
