We are looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant & Skincare Operations Support Specialist to assist with skincare production, inventory management, daily logistics, home and personal support, structured pet care, and occasional spa assistance. This role is structured at 20 hours per week, meeting Dutch IND requirements for part-time work-visa sponsorship.⸻Role OverviewThis is a dynamic position supporting both Glow Intelligent Skincare and Glow Longevity Spa. The role includes skincare operations, home organization, pet care, meal prepping, personal scheduling, and light administrative support. On occasion, you may also participate in lifestyle or skincare social media content. You must be organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesGlow Intelligent Skincare (Primary Focus)

• Packing, labeling, and shipping skincare orders
• Preparing skincare samples
• Inventory management: raw materials, finished products, and packaging
• Organizing product storage and maintaining stock levels
• Assisting with product launches and packaging updates
• Supporting behind-the-scenes content creation
• Occasional participation in skincare or lifestyle social media content

Home, Personal Support & Pet Care

• Dog care for two dogs (Yorkshire Terrier and Labrador):
• Feeding and scheduled meals
• Daily walks and enrichment
• Play dates and supervised social time
• Vet appointments and grooming appointments
• Transporting dogs to appointments (walking, taxi, or public transport)
• Occasional pet-sitting during the founder’s travel
• Accepting and organizing deliveries
• Light household organization and upkeep
• Running personal errands (groceries, pharmacy, returns, etc.)
• Weekly meal prepping based on provided ingredients and simple recipes
• Managing the founder’s personal schedule, including appointments and reminders

Glow Longevity Spa (As Needed)

• Greeting clients and providing a warm welcome
• Light receptionist duties (calls, confirmations)
• Preparing treatment rooms
• Assisting with retail and spa inventory
• Supporting operations during busy periods

⸻Requirements

• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable and experienced with dogs
• Comfortable being on camera occasionally
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Basic cooking/meal-prep ability
• Valid driver’s license is helpful but not required
• Eligible for IND work-visa sponsorship (20-hour requirement met, if applicable)
