Risk Management Specialist - Loan Workout (Chinese speaking required)

We are looking for Risk Analysts who manage and monitor credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and loan workout issues. NOT financial analyst.Type: Contract roleHybrid remote: 3 days onsite / week. (Must be able to work fully on-site when required.)Visa: US citizen, Green card holder, Green card EAD, H4 EAD, L2 - We do NOT accept OPT or CPT or H1b transfer.Language: Chinese (MUST!) + English Responsibilities:

• Manage four non-performing loan accounts, draft action plans, analyze financials, assist with reserve calculations and quarterly reports.
• Assist with ERM reports, conduct market research, liaise with Head Office on risk issues.
• Support operational risk reports and routine tasks.
• Prepare and track Head Office issue tickler.
• Prepare U.S. Country Risk Report.
• Maintain IBS system.

Job Requirements：

• Master’s in Project Management, MIS, Business Admin, or Finance. Risk and compliance certifications preferred.
• 1+ year relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Note:

• 1st round is via Zoom; 2nd round is in-person.
• We do not provide laptop. Please ensure consultant has a Windows 10 installed laptop for VPN connection and Remote Desktop.
