Job descriptionChef de Partie:
- Preparing and cooking food items according to recipe and quality standards
- Assisting in all activities in the kitchen
- Supporting Head and Sous Chefs as required
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering and inventory checks
- Cleaning, tidying and maintaining the kitchen and tools
- Upholding health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Being organized and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations is important
Minimum Qualifications:
- New Zealand Cookery Diploma Level 5
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
