Bottle Shop ManagerLast Chance Tavern – South Hedland, Western AustraliaLast Chance Tavern, located in regional South Hedland, WA, is seeking a motivated and experienced Bottle Shop Manager – Drive Through Bottle Shop to join our team.This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary and package including free accommodation, meal and drink vouchers for the right candidate.This is not a FIFO role.About the RoleThis position combines hands-on bar service with supervisory responsibilities to manage the bar by directly reporting to the Venue manager. We are looking for someone with strong hospitality experience who can lead by example, maintain compliance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily bottle shop operations

• Ensuring Alcohol consumption compliance include specific alcohol controls laws in regional WA

• Maintaining stock levels and conducting stock takes

• Ordering and replenishing stock
• Maintaining compliance registers

• Managing displays and merchandising

• Training and supervising junior staff

• Rostering and shift coordination - collaboratively with other managers

• Ensuring security procedures and licensing requirements are adhered to

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a busy bar, tavern, or liquor retail environment

• Previous supervisory experience (highly desirable)

• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude

• Availability to work nights and weekends

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene

• Honesty, reliability and strong work ethic

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Mandatory Requirements

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

• Approved Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
