• Position based in Bay City, MI & Saginaw Township, MI, offering full-time, outpatient, Monday–Friday schedules with no weekends or holidays.

• Shared call (phone only) with primary care colleagues across multiple locations, some with PCMH recognition and CPC+ sites.
