Job Description:
Begin date: 3/15/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 6 Job Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, trim/edge, plant, lay sod, weeding, watering, rake, blow leaves; dig holes of approximately 24 inches in depth and 36 inches in width with a hand shovel for installing plants, trees, shrubs, or irrigation systems; spread seed, fertilizer and mulch; works on the ground to prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws; core aerating; sprinkler installation/repair, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintains equipment to ensure proper functioning. May drive company truck or other vehicle to or at work sites. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift time 6am-2:30pm. Shift includes 30 minutes of unpaid break time. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary depending on occupancy. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal per shift provided at no charge to the worker. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $28.79 per hour. Job Classification: 37-3011.00 - Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers Experience Required: No Special Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to perform regular physical labor with continuous movement including bending, kneeling, lifting, walking and standing for long periods of time. Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work in varying outdoor weather, including hot and humid conditions. Must be able to drive a motorized cart safely. Must be able to work a 5-day varying schedule including weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
