  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly to offer customised solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align strategies and optimise sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organisational tools

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings and events
  • Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Good customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times
  • Strong time management skills to meet sales targets within deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
