We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (all genders) to join our team in Berlin and lead the procurement operations for HS+, our agency division.
In this role: you’ll design and implement procurement processes across HS+ productions — from content and events to talent and freelance collaborations. You'll lead vendor sourcing and contract negotiations, establish cost-control measures, and ensure we’re always delivering top-tier quality, on budget. This is a strategic role that requires a sharp negotiator with strong cross-functional skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
You should be: experienced in procurement or operations within a creative, agency, or event-driven environment (5–7 years). You’re organized, detail-obsessed, and confident leading contract negotiations. You understand creative production cycles, know how to evaluate vendors, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential — and you’re excited about building processes that scale with creativity.
You’ll be working in: our bright, design-led office near U Kurfürstenstraße, surrounded by an international and diverse team.
