This is a pivotal leadership role within the Jobs Leadership Team (JLT). Proven track record delivering complex, strategic technical initiatives in agile environments. * **People Leadership (5+ years):** Successfully led, mentored, and developed medium-to-large engineering teams, achieving strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement. * **Technical Breadth and Depth:** Experience across various technologies and architectures. Ability to collaborate with technical leaders and PSEs to establish high-impact architecture and practices. * **Customer-Centric Focus:** Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, understanding technology's direct impact on user value. * **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to feed into overall strategy, build clear technical vision for Jobs, define plans, and inspire diverse teams.
