• Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while considering guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist in managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a Italian restaurant or similar hospitality setting is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and food safety standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in menu planning and cost control is an advantage.
