2. Sales and Targets:
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Suggest complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Atasay’s jewellery collections, materials, and designs.
- Educate customers about product care and features.
4. Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet overall store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
