We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic engineering and technical talent team!

Location: Arndell Park, NSW
Job Type: Permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a temp desk within the infrastructure, trades and technical industry
  • Identify, engage and successfully convert prospects into active clients
  • Manage the process of recruitment from sourcing to placement for temp positions
  • Manage and further develop existing client relationships
  • Liaising with clients to discuss recruitment solutions, business consulting, client presentations, organisational and workforce development
  • Effectively network and connect with industry professionals
  • Represent Concept with integrity and professionalism

Skills and Experience Required
  • A strong Recruitment Consultant background within a technical, industrial, trade or rail environment
  • Proven history within the technical or trade industries
  • A self-motivated attitude, with an ability to work autonomously and without supervision
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Current Drivers Licence and car
