Key Responsibilities - Lead overall project and team performance from preconstruction to closeout.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Estimate and manage project budgets and schedules in collaboration with field superintendents.
- Administer contracts and manage project financials (buyout, subcontracts, change orders, owner billing, status reports).
- Oversee project documentation, RFI/submittal review, safety compliance, and insurance documentation.
- Mentor and develop project staff, supporting ongoing training and career growth.
- Host and lead all project meetings and communications.
- Drive successful delivery of healthcare and education construction projects.
Candidate Requirements - 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare (OSHPD/HCAI) and/or DSA school projects.
- Current and previous experience working for a General Contractor (GC) is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (or equivalent field experience).
- Strong proficiency with Sage 300, Procore (or similar platforms), Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
