We’re growing quickly and are on the lookout for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant with strong Business Development capability to join our team.We’re a Perth-based recruitment and labour hire business, owned and operated by two former electricians. With a strong reputation for supplying top-tier labour to WA’s construction and mining industries, we’re growing fast and we’re looking for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Specialist to come on board. About the RoleAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant/BD Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and running your own desk. You’ll manage both client and candidate relationships, with the support of our leadership team, while working autonomously day to day.Key responsibilities include:

• End to end recruitment across the blue collar sector
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Business development and account management
• Compliance management including employment legislation & enterprise agreements
• Using JobAdder (desirable) and other B2B & CRM software's to manage workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (blue collar highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation & enterprise agreements
• Business development skills (desirable)
• A personable, positive, and driven attitude
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Familiarity with JobAdder (desirable)
