• Full-Time: $2,500–$3,500/month (based on experience)

About the Opportunity A major Japanese media and advertising company is seeking a Planning Sales or Sales Assistant to join its team in Hawaii. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, advertising, and media promotions. The company is open to applicants in the U.S. or Japan and supports various visa statuses. Job Summary The successful candidate will work with clients in and around Waikiki, developing and proposing promotional strategies. You will be responsible for both sales support and production-related tasks, including SNS content and promotional coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Propose advertising and promotional strategies to clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assist with production work (photography, editing, etc.)
• Manage and create social media content
• Report and communicate sales activities

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (OPT holders welcome)
• Driver’s license required
• No prior sales experience required
• Candidates residing in Japan are also welcome to apply

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Part-time and hybrid/remote work available upon discussion

Time Off and Holidays

• Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
• 9 company holidays annually
• Year-end/New Year break (approx. 9 days)
• Paid vacation, sick leave, and bereavement leave available after 6 months
