We are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator who wants to have an influence on sustainability an innovation along with satisfaction in being part of the solution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.


The Spare Parts Coordinator (SPC) handles processing and follow-up for new and existing spare parts quotes and orders. Key duties include managing requests and inquiries related to spare parts, such as quotations, return requests, delivery timelines, and order status.


What You Will Be Doing


  • The SPC serves as a primary liaison with the internal supply chain organization for all issues related to spare parts quotations, orders, and delivery, providing timely updates on confirmed dates, delays, and any issues that could impact service levels or customer expectations.
  • The SPC manages the preparation of spare parts packages for scheduled maintenance, ensuring timely coordination with field service planning teams and the supply chain for efficient purchasing and delivery, as well as accurate forecasting and demand management.
  • Process spare parts requests, such as quotations, orders, return requests, delivery information, and price inquiries, from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You will report to the Customer Care Manager


Other Duties Assigned As Required By The Business.

  • General education in business administration preferred, College education preferred.
  • Communication, customer relations, logistics or similar training preferred.
  • Excellent English skill, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Spare Parts processes and warehousing ideally worked in a sales or service environment.
