About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Full time Sign Writer / Installer who can confidently manage end-to-end signage work—from production through to on-site installation. This role suits someone who is hands-on, efficient, and capable of working independently, including working at heights and across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end signage production and installation
• Installation of window frosting, vinyl graphics, and signboards
• Vinyl cutting, weeding, mounting, and finishing
• Laminating, trimming, and application of digital prints
• Sign fabrication, assembly, and structural setup
• Installation of illuminated signage (lighting components)
• Safe operation of tools, machinery, and access equipment
• Working at heights in compliance with safety standards
• Managing installation tasks and meeting project deadlines

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the signage industry (essential)
• Strong background in both production and installation
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Confident working at heights and in physically demanding environments
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Current White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current Working at Heights certification
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
