About the Role As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical, and financial performance of an aged care home. You will ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and continuous improvement across all service areas. Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the aged care facility
• Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards and accreditation requirements
• Oversee clinical governance in partnership with senior nursing staff
• Manage staffing, rostering, recruitment, and workforce performance
• Drive resident care quality, safety, and satisfaction outcomes
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and audit readiness
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values

• Registered Nurse qualification or relevant health/aged care qualification (preferred)
• Previous experience in aged care management or senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement ability
• Ability to drive quality improvement and cultural change
