Italian-Speaking Consultant and Senior Consultant📍 London, UK | Hybrid
I'm currently working with a highly respected specialist management consultancy that partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to help build stronger organisations and deliver sustainable growth.
They're looking for an Italian-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join a high-performing international team delivering strategic organisational and operational projects across Europe.
What you'll be doing

• Working directly with senior executives and leadership teams on complex consulting engagements
• Gathering, analysing and interpreting business and organisational data
• Developing clear recommendations and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• Leading project workstreams and managing key deliverables
• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants
• Contributing to the development of consulting methodologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• 2–6 years' experience in management or strategy consulting
• Fluent English and Italian (essential)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working across multiple industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI is advantageous)
• Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally when required
