- Deliver patient-centred care across a broad range of emergency presentations in a regional setting
- Perform triage, assessment and emergency interventions in a dynamic environment
- Be required to work across multiple clinical areas as part of a rural generalist model of care
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of cases, expanding your clinical scope beyond a traditional ED role
- Contribute to patient flow, safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Access visa sponsorship opportunities for eligible international candidates
Skills and Experience - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3-5 years acute hospital experience
- Strong clinical assessment, triage and emergency care skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and confidence working across different specialties in a regional setting
