Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team for builder merchant unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Proficiency in both English and Hindi/Punjabi is highly desirable, but not limited to, as you will be engaging with a diverse clientele. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing and networking.
• Maintain and expand the customer database using Salesforce software.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience of minimum 1 year in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of builder merchant business products and how it can reach to new customers.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
