  • Job Opportunity: Schulte Hospitality Group, Inc seeks twenty-five (25) temporary and full-time housekeepers from 04/01/2026 to 09/30/2026 at the worksite of 3200 South Ocean Blvd Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 to: Maintain hotel/resort/villa in a clean and orderly manner. Clean in-room accommodations including sleeping rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. Make beds, remove, sort, fold, carry and replace linens; replenish supplies. Clean conference facilities and all public spaces including bathrooms, lounges, hallways, corridors, elevators and stairwells. Set up guest room and meeting room furniture, pictures, and amenities according to resort standards. Mop, sweep, vacuum, extract/shampoo carpets, empty wastebaskets, dust, clean/polish mirrors and windows. Dispose of trash.

No minimum education or experience required. Must be able to lift, move or carry 50 lbs. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application. Required uniform shirt provided at no charge to the worker.

The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times: 9am-5:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm. Shift includes 30 minutes unpaid break. Work days, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy.
  • This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position: 25 job openings to be filled.
  • Wage that the employer is offering: Basic rate of pay $14.06 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal during shift is provided at no cost to the worker. Unlimited water and non-alcoholic drinks available as needed throughout shift at no charge to the worker.
  • Overtime: Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $21.09 per hour.
  • Single Work Week Guarantee and Frequency of Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly.
  • On the Job Training: Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
  • Board, Lodging, or other Facilities: Subsidized on-site lodging is offered at a rate of $125.00 per week. If utilized, Employer will deduct for the cost of lodging at the rate of $125.00 per week. Lunch provided daily free of charge, when working AM shift.
  • Deductions from Pay: Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal, state, or local laws. Subsidized on-site lodging is offered at a rate of $125.00 per week. If utilized, Employer will deduct for the cost of lodging at the rate of $125.00 per week. Lunch provided daily free of charge, when working AM shift.
  • Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

If necessary, the employer will reimburse worker within first pay period of approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
  • Tools, Supplies and Equipment: Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
  • Daily Transportation to and from Worksite: Not provided. Subsidized housing is onsite.
  • Three Fourths Guarantee: The employer will offer employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period as required by 20 CFR
  • 655.20(f).
  • Visa Process: The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
