OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering and related trades, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople.

Responsibilities- Apply plaster to walls and ceilings using various techniques, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and priming as necessary.
- Work alongside other trades such as carpenters and bricklayers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing plaster.
- Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork, including patching holes and cracks.
- Follow health and safety regulations while working on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues promptly.
Skills- Proficiency in plastering techniques with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with masonry work is advantageous.
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
- Knowledge of roof structures can be beneficial for specific projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during projects.
