Program Director

Our client is scaling one of the most ambitious marine and offshore infrastructure programs of this decade-deploying projects across multiple continents. The work is fast-paced, global in scope, and requires strong leadership to ensure deployments are delivered on time, on budget, and with impact.
As Program Director, you'll be at the center of this effort-balancing strategy with execution, enabling cross-functional teams, and keeping diverse stakeholders aligned. Job description Your Role

• Guide and oversee a flagship program spanning multiple countries and cities.
• Coordinate between technical teams, finance, legal, logistics, and external authorities.
• Build robust frameworks for execution, reporting, and decision-making.
• Navigate complex regulatory, cultural, and commercial landscapes.
• Anticipate challenges, find creative solutions, and drive resilient outcomes.
• Lead with both structure and adaptability-scaling an organization while delivering today.

Job requirements Who You Are

• A seasoned program leader, with extensive experience in offshore, energy, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Adept at steering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across borders.
• Skilled in negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Comfortable with ambiguity-pragmatic yet visionary in approach.
• Degree not essential-intellect, agility, and experience matter most. Military or non-traditional leadership paths welcomed.
