Job requirements Who You Are
- A seasoned program leader, with extensive experience in offshore, energy, or large-scale infrastructure.
- Adept at steering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across borders.
- Skilled in negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Comfortable with ambiguity-pragmatic yet visionary in approach.
- Degree not essential-intellect, agility, and experience matter most. Military or non-traditional leadership paths welcomed.
