Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our trading platforms. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical execution. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, and ensure the stability and performance of our trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of deep technical "hands-on" ability and the strategic mindset required to navigate a fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality (SOLID principles), and continuous improvement.
• Solution Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions using .NET Core and AWS, ensuring systems are low-latency, highly available, and scalable.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with trading goals.
• Hands-on Development: Maintain "skin in the game" by contributing to core framework development and conducting rigorous code reviews.
• Database Management: Architect and optimize complex database schemas, ensuring high-performance data retrieval and integrity for real-time trading data.
• Production Excellence: Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for mission-critical trading applications.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend Mastery: 8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#), building high-throughput microservices and APIs. Experience in Kafka and RDBMS (SQL Server) is expected.
• AWS Expertise: Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, Postgres, and API Gateway.
• Database Proficiency: Strong experience with both Relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora) databases, including advanced performance tuning and query optimization.
• Modern DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

Domain & Soft Skills

• Trading Domain Knowledge: Significant experience in Capital Markets/Trading. You must understand Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), FIX protocol, market data feeds, or risk management.
• Articulation & Communication: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into business-friendly language for stakeholders and provide clear, concise direction to the team.
• Problem Solving: A proven track record of resolving complex architectural bottlenecks and technical debt in high-pressure environments.
