AI Architect

Job Title: AI Architect / AI Solutions Developer (Power Platform + Azure AI)Location: Remote (Must be local to Idaho – ID) Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM MST Visa: H1B / GC / USC (Preference: USC)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Architect / AI Solutions Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI ecosystem. This role will focus on building AI-driven automation solutions, including:

• Automating court report generation from Microsoft Dynamics
• Summarizing audio recordings using AI (GPT-4/4o) and storing structured outputs in Dynamics

This is a hands-on development + architecture role, ideal for someone who can design scalable AI solutions while actively building them.Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Develop AI models using AI Builder (document processing, prediction, classification, etc.)
• Design AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio
• Implement GPT-4 / GPT-4o, embeddings, vector search, and prompt flows
• Integrate AI services with Power Platform using REST APIs & custom connectors
• Automate workflows using Power Automate + Dataverse
• Apply prompt engineering best practices (grounding, evaluation, safety)
• Ensure secure, scalable, and governed AI architecture
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Implement Responsible AI practices (bias, privacy, monitoring)
• Manage deployments using GitHub / Azure DevOps (ALM pipelines)
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of AI applications

Required Skills

• Strong experience with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Hands-on experience with AI Builder
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio, including:
• GPT-4 / GPT-4o (MUST)
• Embeddings & vector search
• Prompt flow
• Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language)
• Experience integrating REST APIs & custom connectors
• Knowledge of:
• Data preparation & model evaluation
• Power Platform governance & DLP policies
• Azure security (Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC)
• Experience with ALM pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
• Scripting: Power Fx, JavaScript, or Python

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics integration
• Experience building AI-driven document automation or summarization systems
