As our platforms grow, we are strengthening our creative output and seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who can elevate the visual quality of everything we produce — from news graphics to advertisements to long-form digital storytelling.
Experience in video editing is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong added value during selection. Job Summary
You’ll shape the visual identity of Runner Media across all platforms. This is a fast-paced, ideas-driven role that requires strong design instincts, fast execution, and the ability to turn briefs into compelling, high-impact content for broadcast and digital. You will work onsite in London three days a week, with two flexible remote days. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, thumbnails, lower-thirds, intros, stings, and branded motion packages.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and broadcast output.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and mixed-media assets for social and live shows.
• Interpret client briefs and deliver polished work under tight deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Runner Media outputs and channels.
• Lead selected creative projects from concept to final delivery, providing direction and design vision.
• Generate ideas for marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Degree in Graphics Design, Multimedia, Film Production, Video Editing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a newsroom, TV channel, or digital-first media organisation.
• Fluent spoken, written, and typed Bangla (proficient in AVRO and Unicode).
• Prior experience in a Bengali media organisation is highly preferable.

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Strong visual storytelling: pacing, narrative structure, news-style editing.
• Mastery of short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong grasp of colour theory, typography, and motion design principles.
• Ability to use kinetic text, fast cuts, memes, and mixed-media styles.
• Ability to source and edit music, SFX, and archival footage.
• Capability to design for print (leaflets, brochures, magazines, menus).
• Basic camera operation skills.
