Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook meals to a consistent, high standard
- Manage daily food prep and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
- Stock control, food rotation, and minimising wastage
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the head chef and front-of-house team
Requirements - Experience in a commercial kitchen (Italian restaurant experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility for weekend shifts
