Fullstack developer (react/react native)

Software Engineer (Full-Stack, Web & Mobile) – NYC (Onsite, $160K–$200K + Equity) Our partner is looking for a mission-driven Software Engineer to join their growing team in SoHo, New York. They’re building cutting-edge web and mobile platforms that power a fast-growing marketplace in the industrial staffing space. You’ll be joining early, helping architect and scale foundational products used by thousands. This is a full-time, in-person role based in NYC. Visa sponsorship and transfers (H1B/TN) are available.
What You'll Do

• Lead the development of web and mobile apps using React and React Native
• Work closely with design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Establish scalable frontend architecture (monorepo, tooling, state management)
• Guide technical decisions and mentor other engineers
• Build analytics and monitoring to improve product performance
• Contribute broadly to a tight-knit, high-output engineering team

What They're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in software engineering (more for senior candidates)
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and React Native
• A product-focused mindset and comfort in fast-paced startup environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python on the backend
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or computer vision
• Exposure to location monitoring, analytics, or predictive algorithms
