Company DescriptionH Art, a Korean skincare and beauty retail concept under H-Mart Manhattan, is seeking a creative and trend-driven Marketing Intern: Social Media to support the growth of our K-beauty brand presence. H Art focuses on curating the latest Korean skincare and beauty trends while building a strong digital identity through engaging and visually driven content.As part of H-Mart, the largest Asian supermarket chain in the United States, this role will also provide limited support to broader brand initiatives that highlight the overall shopping experience, including grocery and lifestyle offerings.Additionally, there will be occasional opportunities to support content related to HanCook, our in-store Korean dining concept.

Job Description- Support and enhance brand image through corporate social media management, content planning, and execution.
- Monitor social media channels to collect and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Create and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience engagement.
- Stay up to date with current social media, beauty, and K-beauty trends, incorporating relevant trends into content and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and data collection to support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
- Support in-store promotional setup, including visual merchandising and campaign execution to ensure brand consistency across physical locations.
- Track, analysis, and report on campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications- Individuals who are legally eligible to work (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, OPT, H1, etc.)
- Fluent in both Korean and English is required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, or a related field, is preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Capcut, and other relevant work-related software
- Relevant major and/or prior experience in the field is a plus
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Although this role is based in a general office setting, this role will regularly visit physical stores across Manhattan to create social media content, manage, and set up in-store events.
CompensationThe starting pay rate for this position is $19–$22/hr, depending on experience, skill level, and other job-related factors.
