Nurse Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleAs Nurse Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative framework.
- Oversee clinical standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage human, financial, and physical resources to achieve service outcomes.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and professional development.
- Act as a role model and mentor, supporting staff growth and engagement.
What We're Looking For- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in medical ward nursing and contemporary nursing management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on patient-centred care.
- Ability to build productive networks and lead change in a dynamic environment.
- Postgraduate qualifications and credentialing with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) are highly desirable.
Salary: $122,365 to $129,060 per annum + super + penalty rates + salary packaging
