We're seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our multidisciplinary team. About the RoleAs Nurse Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative framework.
• Oversee clinical standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage human, financial, and physical resources to achieve service outcomes.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and professional development.
• Act as a role model and mentor, supporting staff growth and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in medical ward nursing and contemporary nursing management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on patient-centred care.
• Ability to build productive networks and lead change in a dynamic environment.
• Postgraduate qualifications and credentialing with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) are highly desirable.

Salary: $122,365 to $129,060 per annum + super + penalty rates + salary packaging What's on offer:
