Acquire thorough knowledge of company services to deliver professional immigration consultation, assisting clients with the necessary documentation process.
Manage client records and provide timely updates on immigration case progress.
Gain a deep understanding of client needs, enhance satisfaction levels, and generate new business opportunities through referrals and network expansion.
Take initiative in completing additional tasks assigned by the company and management.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Chinese and have strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
At least 1 years of sales experience, preferably in U.S. immigration services.
Strong enthusiasm for sales and consulting, with a proactive learning attitude.
Goal-driven and dedicated to contributing to company growth.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
Weekend duty rotation required (one day per week, coordinated with team members).
