Open to H1B candidates. 6+ years experience required. This squad is a mix of onshore/offshore and consists of about 6-8 engineers (software & quality). This resource will be part of the onshore squad leading engineers ensuring timely engineering ownership and feature delivery. A great candidate will have all of the mandatory skills listed plus proven experience with Azure Cloud projects. Nice to Have Skills and Experience (preferred but not required): 1) Experience working with multiple squads and Product Owners, including offshore teams. 2) Ability to manage dependencies and risks across teams and products. 3) Familiarity with airline or crew domain products. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination ofeducation and work experience.• 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.• Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders.• Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution,continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.• Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.Preferred Qualifications• Experience driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes, and tools in a cross-functional organization.• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery.• Participation in scaled agile frameworks.• Scrum Master Expertise: Hold a recognized Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SSM) anddemonstrate strong experience in using Agile frameworks to manage work queues and adaptto unpredictable tasks.Skills, Licenses & Certifications• Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic understanding of key infrastructure concepts, includingvirtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and IT operations.• Performance Metrics: Proficient in tracking and reporting on critical metrics such as systemuptime, mean time to recovery (MTTR), deployment frequency, and incident resolution times.• ITIL Certification (Preferred): ITIL 4 Certification is highly desirable to ensure alignment with ITservice management best practices.• Work Item Management Tools: Experience using Azure DevOps Boards for organizing andmanaging teamwork items.• ServiceNow Proficiency: Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing workflows and operationaltasks.Language and Communication Skills• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within theorganization.
