Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Strategic Partnerships Director for a globally recognized, mission-driven organization.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that advance the organization's mission and growth objectives. This highly visible role will work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategic partnership and fundraising initiatives that support organizational growth and mission advancement
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, corporate partners, family offices, and key stakeholders
• Track partnership activity and provide reporting on fundraising and business development outcomes
• Support long-term growth through strategic external engagement and relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated success in strategic partnerships, fundraising, business development, external relations, or related functions
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments
• Willingness and ability to travel globally and maintain flexibility to support international collaboration across time zones
