Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join a team providing geriatrics-focused care through Geriatric House Calls™.
In this role, you will deliver 1:1 physical therapy services in patients' homes, promoting functional outcomes and autonomous interventions.
Key responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, and driving rewarding patient outcomes.
Qualifications include a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s), degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
