Role Overview

We seek a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure for an AI-driven platform serving enterprise clients in regulated industries.

This role involves building and maintaining reliable, scalable environments that support high user concurrency while optimizing cost, performance, and security. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced settings and enjoys addressing complex infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments that support over 100 concurrent users and high-traffic demands while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Oversee secure deployment of customized solutions in client environments, ensuring high availability and maintainability.
• Manage and optimize databases such as AWS RDS and Milvus for efficient querying, security, and uptime.
• Design and implement logging, monitoring, and observability systems to enable real-time troubleshooting and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code frameworks to ensure repeatable and reliable deployments.
• Build and scale robust data pipelines and backend systems.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to align infrastructure with product requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security and network architecture standards required for enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure tooling such as Terraform.
• Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale applications in cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Advanced knowledge of network architecture and VPC design for multi-tenant, enterprise-grade systems.
• Experience scaling distributed systems and building reliable data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with core hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Prior startup experience or demonstrated success in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building infrastructure for AI or machine learning platforms.
