As a Corporate Account Executive at Knightcorp, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering trusted insurance advice, high‑quality renewals and exceptional service that protects our clients’ businesses and supports their long‑term success.
Working closely with clients, insurers, underwriters and internal colleagues, you will lead the day‑to‑day servicing of your portfolio, oversee renewals end to end, and identify opportunities to strengthen client outcomes and grow the portfolio.
Your technical knowledge, commercial mindset and ability to build trusted relationships will position you as a key adviser to your clients and an important contributor to Knightcorp’s continued growth.

The RoleWorking in a collaborative environment, you will be accountable for:

• Managing the day‑to‑day servicing of a portfolio of medium to large corporate clients, ensuring consistent, high‑quality client outcomes
• Leading renewals from planning through to execution, including timelines, documentation, insurer engagement and coverage review
• Providing clear, trusted advice on coverage, premiums, endorsements and risk trade‑offs
• Identifying client needs, risk exposures and opportunities to improve insurance outcomes across the portfolio
• Preparing accurate, timely and defensible documentation, advice and renewal materials
• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters to deliver the right outcomes and support long‑term retention
• Identifying organic growth, upsell and new business opportunities while maintaining client trust
• Maintaining strong system discipline, compliance standards and audit‑ready records across related systems and platforms

About You Experience

• Minimum of seven years insurance broking experience, ideally managing your own portfolio in a client‑facing corporate role
• Strong understanding of corporate insurance servicing, insurance markets, client industries and risk
• Experience managing renewals, client relationships and complex servicing requirements with a high level of accountability
• Tier 1 qualification will be required after re-location
