After much R&D, a successful pilot and fully established only in 2021, we’ve rapidly expanded to manage over 200 full management listings, along with a growing base of software clients. With a presence in over 20 cities in the UK, Europe, and Asia, we are looking to expand our team & operations further. We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Property Managers to help us scale even further. Key Responsibilities As a Property Manager at mySTAYINN, you will: Manage Properties’ Condiiton: Ensure all properties are well maintained by identifying issues promptly with the help of liaising with housekeeping team, performing spot checks and liaising with the customer service team then working quickly to resolve issues yourself for basic issues or with the help of professional 3rd parties for more complex issues or if you are short on time Ensuring Cleaning & Laundry Standards: ensure properties are being cleaned properly and remedy issues effectively and promptly working very closely with the housekeeping team and laundry team. Operations & Logistics: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other parties as appropiate to ensure properties are cleaned, stocked, and in optimal condition for guests at all times. Compliance: Ensure properties are compliant with relevant certificates being renewed on time and all certificates are being organised and stored correctly in the system Property Onboarding: Working closely with the admin team & management to attend meetings with new clients, complete onboarding checklists, arrange professional photgotaphy and assist with necessary maintenance, shopping and staging of new properties Working Effectively; being well organised & planning your schedule and work effectively and to complete taste efficiently and effectively What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Experienced in property management or the short-term let industry: with a strong understanding of guest expectations, working as part of a team and basic understanding of property maintenance and facilities management. Tech-Savvy: comfortable working with using multiple software apps & systems (don’t worry, we’ll train you on our specific platforms). Proactive and Solution-Oriented: You should have the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly to ensure our guests are satisfied. Detail-Oriented and Organized: Our fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties effectively. Strong Communicators: You will need to manage the cleaning & laundry team and communicate effectively with 3rd party maintenance team and clients Adaptable and Flexible: As we continue to grow, your role may evolve, and we are looking for individuals who are comfortable with change and have the ability to grow with the company.
